View was good. Spaghetti was very good. Staff are friendly. But the banana smoothie wasn’t so good. Too icey and no banana flavour. Overall, good place to go to take a break from shopping.

My friend took me here for coffee this afternoon. Not sure how the customer service at the counter was as my friend ordered the coffee for us, but the coffee was served promptly and it was nice. We both like the coffee (I love the green cup on the brown saucer as they look nice and the combination of colour is perfect) and loved the bay view. We came here around 3pm so couldn't order any food because the kitchen was closed as the cafe is nearly closed for the day. Will come back here next time to try the foods.

Lived the outdoor seating. But pricy but everything in this suburb is! The service would have 5 stars if it was table service but you need to scout a table and then go up to order. Yummy food and drinks though.

Terrific - this is such a lovely cafe to visit when at Birkenhead Point shopping outlet. With such friendly staff, great service and a wide menu selection - it is a always a pleasure to stop / eat / relax. Well done.

I don’t think this cafe is deserving of the bad rap that they have from google reviewers. I usually hate any kind of cafe in a commercial centre that’s doing the kind of numbers they are, because the food and service are usually a let down, but honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised. I was lucky to get a table, it was pretty busy as it was right before lunch when I dined, but there was one space left outside. I chose the ham eggs Benedict, the hollandaise was a real hollandaise, two eggs poached well, and plenty of smokey ham and well seasoned kale in place of spinach. We also had the Cuban sandwich (they were out of pork, but offered to replace it with chicken), which was perfectly acceptable, and not a disappointment whatsoever, we had one juice and one coffee, both well made. The drinks came out very quickly, which was amazing because they really were very busy, and the food followed shortly after. It was $45 for two, given the location, I feel that’s pretty fair! Would definitely go back. Thanks

We are back in our favourite spot, Milligram cafe Birkenhead Point. Beautiful Spring Friday morning of long weekend. Great food, friendly service and great location. Best Cappuccino we’ve ever had. Great start to the day. Thanks Milligram In the last two months we have been in this cafe three times, the tables and cutlery are very clean, the food is fresh, tasty and generously portioned. The waitpersons are always very polite, friendly and pleasant. Before we go to Birkenhead it’s just for shopping now we go there mainly for eating in this cafe, it’s really an enjoyable place, highly recommended!!! We have been this cafe three times after new year, I have never been to any cafe or restaurant where the food and the services are always very good and stable. The place is always very clean, the food is always fresh and tasty and the staff are always very polite and friendly, we are so pleased that we found a place to enjoy and also it’s located in a beautiful seaside area, couldn’t be happier Eva &j James Hello. I have just returned to Sydney after 6 months overseas and was looking forward to brunch at our old favourite Cafe Milligram, Birkenhead Point. It was a typical beautiful Winters day and we took some friends as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and coffee and friendly service. Nothing changed, our friends enjoyed it too, with the nice location and views. Keep up the good work and we’ll be back vey soon. Thanks. James
